This type of line can be designed on the basis of the heat treatment type.

Usually these are austenitizing furnaces and tempering/iso-thermal soaking furnaces, quench systems (in oil, water, “cold” water, quenching polymers, air), cooling systems (air, water or mixed) and loading/unloading stations or weighting and control areas.

The parts to be treated (loose, inside baskets or arranged on platforms) are continuously and linearly directed throughout the different phases.

This type of installation is especially recommended for the essentially uniform productions whose parts are relatively homogeneous.

Thanks to this specific solution, from the design point of view and flow management of the material to be treated, this type of line is the key also for the customers who work for third parties.
